Memory Games are a great way to increase focus. There will be a few memory games for you to play along your mission.

Planning is a great way to strengthen self control. Make a plan for something you are going to do and write down the steps it will take to complete your plan.

A good way to practice self control is to practice patience. Try sitting quietly for at least 2 minutes. You can time yourself with this clock.

Rules are something we all must follow to practice self control. Try writing some rules you have to follow everyday!
